Catherine “Cat” Davies is the Chief Executive Officer of Innovayte. Innovayte is a full-service custody and clearing firm that specializes in supporting and servicing independent RIAs, introducing broker dealers and hybrid advisors. Cat is responsible for creating a strategic plan with new branding and marketing, expansion and implementation of strategy to a full-scale plan, and leading the team to create a scalable, technology-enabled business service platform with broad portfolio of complimentary products and services.

Prior to joining Innovayte, Cat worked at Hightower as the Chief Solutions Officer responsible for the development, management and adoption of Hightower’s business solutions and services. Prior to joining Hightower, Ms. Davies brought more than 25 years of strategic experience to firms such as Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab.

Jon is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ETC Brokerage Services. With three decades of leadership expertise in broker dealer and RIA custody roles, Jon is a seasoned executive who has made significant contributions to the financial industry.

In his most recent role as Managing Director at Charles Schwab Advisor Services, Jon oversaw critical functions such as Trading, Middle Office, Client Service, and Operations. Jon has also served in Sales capacity roles, where he was responsible for cultivating relationships with RIA clients.

Jon holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Math from the State University of New York at Oswego, in addition, he holds an MBA from Arizona State University. Along with his academic achievements, Jon boasts a comprehensive set of licenses, including Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 55, and 63. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jon is an avid reader of nonfiction books and a slightly below average guitar player. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Rich is Chief Strategy and Product Officer of Innovayte. Rich plays an integral role in shaping strategy and driving product development for Innovayte and has been involved with the brand since its inception. With over 30 years of Wealth Management experience, Rich has held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, SunTrust Bank (now Truist), and Brown Brothers Harriman. Rich spent 15 years at Fidelity working with some of the largest institutional clients with a focus on custody and clearing. He also helped launch Alexander Key Investments as Chief Operating Officer, a boutique Wealth Management firm and subsidiary of SunTrust Bank. He is a results-oriented executive with proven success constructing emerging offerings as well as driving strategic change.

Rich earned his BS in Finance from Boston College and furthered his education by obtaining an MBA from Boston University. In addition, he holds FINRA certifications, including Series 7, 24, 63, and 65. Beyond his professional endeavors, Rich enjoys spending time with his family on Cape Cod, playing golf, and traveling.

Mike is a seasoned financial leader who joined the Innovayte team in 2023 as the Corporate Controller. With a distinguished career marked by leadership roles in finance teams at several Fortune 500 companies, Mike brings nearly three decades of experience.

In his role as Corporate Controller, Mike is entrusted with overseeing operational accounting, playing a key role in developing the annual budget and forecasts, and ensures the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of financial information and reporting.

Mike holds a master’s in business from CU Denver and holds an active CMA license. Outside of work, Mike spends time with his wife Jessica, their three dogs, one cat, and a delightful menagerie of other animals. While no longer hitting the slopes as a skier, Mike remains an active hiker and has a passion for the outdoors. One of his aspirations is to complete the challenging Colorado trail.

Mustafa is the Chief Compliance Officer for Innovayte and is a seasoned professional with a 25+ year career in the capital markets, clearing and custody industry, specializing in compliance, technology, program and vendor management, operations and new broker dealer set up. He has previously worked as a Vice President at Fidelity Investments and a Compliance Officer at JP Morgan. Mustafa consistently demonstrates an unparalleled understanding of the complexities within the financial landscape and brings that knowledge to Innovayte.

He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and holds his Series 7 and 24 licenses. In his spare time, he enjoys reading nonfiction books, occasionally partakes in half marathons, tries his hand at cooking and travels extensively.

Jody is a dynamic and results-oriented executive with a passion for building and nurturing meaningful relationships. As the Chief Relationship Officer at Innovayte, Jody will lead the charge in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction for our clients.

With 25+ years of experience working with financial service professionals at Schwab Advisor Services and Envestnet, Jody possesses a deep understanding of the importance of providing our clients with tailored solutions to compete in today’s competitive business landscape. Jody excels in leveraging interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and innovative strategies to cultivate mutually beneficial connections with clients, stakeholders, and partners.

Jody holds a BS in Finance from WV Wesleyan College where she was a 4-year starter on the Women’s basketball team. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking and playing pickleball in the Colorado ski country where she resides with her husband and two high school aged children.
